Tucson House Sitting Service
The typical clients of Home Watchers of Tucson, LLC, are winter visitors or summer in Tucson escapees. We will make home checks as frequently as the client requests. Most client choose to have their home checked weekly.
Our house sitting service consists of the examination of the exterior of your home, then an interior inspection, including checking all windows, entry doors, appliances, plumbing fixtures and utilities. We also remove publications and other items that make your home look vacant.
You will be notified of any problems or issues immediately. Your monthly bill will list dates and issues found on each inspection. Should any problems be found, we can also arrange for and supervise the repairs, just as if it were our own home.
We also provide a contractor house sitting service. If you require service from a contractor and can't be there, we will be there in your absence to keep a watchful eye over your property.
